Ruth works in Dublin. She designs woven and knitted scarves for the fashion and tourist market, using both natural, traditional yarns and some exciting new fibres.
Anne O'Leary Silks
Anne has her studio in nearby Clashmore, Co. Waterford. A unique talent for blending colours combining with the luxurious quality of the silks is the hallmark of this beautifully delicate work. All scarves are hand painted and hand finished to the highest standard.
Dyed in the Wool
Dyed in the Wool is a small company established in 1995, based in Bennettsbridge Co. Kilkenny. The work force consists entirely of local knitters and stitchers whose skills allow them to work from their own homes at their own pace. Age-old traditions of hand-knitting and crochet combine with innovative style and design to create hats that are attractive, comfortable and unmistakeably Irish. Dyed in the Wool source all the materials possible from Ireland, and are proud to have earned the "Guaranteed Irish" seal for this commitment.
