Cora Cummins
The vessels are coil built to achieve the rounded, slightly asymmetrical curves which are so important to Cora's work. By grouping vessels together, or as individual objects, Cora aims to achieve a sense of movement in her work.
Mary Lincoln
Mary throws her pots in earthenware clay, and glazes them with a white base glaze. Artistic and commissioned pieces are becoming more of a feature of Mary's work. Mary will devote more of her time to this area in the coming years. There are always sculptured pieces on display in the studio. Commissions are welcomed.
Brigitta Seck
Brigitta Seck Ceramics is based in the Liberties in Dublin. Each piece is designed and handmade by Brigitta. The work ranges from decorative/ functional to purely sculptural pieces which vary in size. Using earthenware clay the pieces are characterised by their clear form, texture and warm earthy colours. Brigitta likes the idea of a form as a vessel especially when this purpose is not directly evident or expected.
