The Ardmore Pottery collection focuses on books and publications with a very definite local interest. Accordingly you will find many local guide books and books of local interest. These include;

Our selection includes books by local authors and works by others that we like. Prominent among these is our famous local (but now deceased) author Molly Keane - Good Behaviour, etc. Dervla Murphy, the travel writer, lives nearby in Lismore. She also features prominently; as well as BBC feature correspondent and author, Fergal Keane. Darina Allen's (of nearby Ballymaloe Cookery School fame) cookery books are a mouth watering "must".
